Q. Are your shop products updated regularly?
A. We try our utmost to keep our stock up to date. The inclusion of new items into our shop is on an as and when basis when these items become available. Please be aware, sometimes we will be attending events for in person sale of products. During these times we can't guarantee certain products will remain in stock online. We will usually rectify this within 24-48 hour of an event. The only items that are up to date in terms of their stock are the print on demand products, which have their stock levels measured by our chosen manufacturer.
Q. I'd like to see your artwork on more products. Is this possible?
A. It certainly is! We're currently running a limited line of print of demand goods with our artwork on, though if there is a specific type of item you'd like to buy with our work on, we'll check to see if this is possible for us to do at a good quality. Don't hesitate to make suggestions to us. We'd love to grow our products catalogue.
Q. Do you take commission work?
A. Yes, we do! Both in terms of artwork and craft products. If you'd like to get in touch to discuss a commission, please email zippyyonyx@yahoo.co.uk.
Q. I've seen items at events you've traded at that aren't online. Will you be adding this stock to your web shop?
A. In terms of some items we sell, they may be exclusively sold only on our pop up store at events. Other items may eventually make their way onto the online store, though that depends how quickly they sell offline. If you did see a particular item that you didn't purchase at an event, and would like to purchase from us online, please get in contact, and we'll see if we have the stock available.
